Chris Cain
Director
Founded in 2003, Chris has built Kazzoo Ltd to offer flexible I.T support, with the backing of an experienced team to medium-sized businesses throughout Leicestershire and the East Midlands. He aims to build long-term partnerships and prides himself on his attitude to service. Chris is a friendly and approachable professional.
Out of work, Chris is a season ticket holder at both Leicester City and Leicester Tigers and enjoys watching all sorts of sports.
He also tries to give to his local Charity, “ Hope against Cancer,” whenever possible.

Chris Cain has been working in I.T. for the last twenty years and has developed his skills through hands-on experience, training, and working under other I.T. professionals.

Edd Bater
Helpdesk support team
Edd is a key member of Kazzoo’s helpdesk support team, providing both remote and on-site assistance to a wide range of clients. His role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through solutions, and ensuring that businesses stay up and running with minimal disruption.
Reliability and consistency are at the heart of his work, always aiming to meet the tailored service levels agreed with each client.
Outside of work, Edd enjoys gaming, walking, and spending time at his local game café, where he takes part in trading card games. He also has a passion for digital artwork, a skill he has been developing since a young age.
Hamzah Ahmed
Helpdesk Engineer
Hamzah is a dedicated Helpdesk Engineer at Kazzoo, providing technical support to customers through calls, emails, and remote troubleshooting. He specialises in diagnosing technical issues and delivering clear, step-by-step solutions to ensure customers feel supported and informed.
His goal is to resolve problems efficiently while maintaining excellent service.
Outside of work, Hamzah stays active by going to the gym and spending time with friends.
He also enjoys discovering new foods, watching movies, and keeping up with the latest in tech and digital entertainment.


Mik Marcinkowski
With eight years of experience in IT, Mik is a valuable addition to the Kazzoo team, providing both remote and on-site support to clients.
His technical expertise and commitment to problem-solving help businesses keep their systems running smoothly. Always eager to learn, he is dedicated to developing his skills and taking on new challenges.
Outside of work, Mik has a passion for classic cars and enjoys attending local car shows.
He spends his free time restoring vintage cars, with his current project being a 1987 VW Scirocco GT.
Recently, he has also taken an interest in watches and hopes to build a collection of custom pieces as he develops his skills in watch restoration.
Matt
Matt is a key member of Kazzoo’s helpdesk team, providing both remote and on-site support to customers. With over 20 years of IT support experience, he has worked with a wide range of industries, from logistics and motor dealerships to abattoirs and farms.
While experienced in various Windows-based products, he has a particular interest in Apple devices and their systems.
Since joining Kazzoo in July 2024, he has enjoyed the challenge of supporting a new client base and ensuring every job is carried out to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Matt stays busy as a personal chauffeur for his ever-active son. He is a passionate football and cricket fan, supporting Arsenal and Leicestershire, and has a keen interest in history, archaeology, and reading.
